Zach is from Inglewood CA, where he started playing baseball at a young age and went on to purse a career of it. In high school Zach was apart of a National Championship Team at Woodrow Wilson High School. He ended up being drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2008 but decided to go to college.
Zach received a full scholarship to Arizona State University where he played 3 years, playing in 2 college world series, winning the PAC-10 three years in a row, was an all american his freshman year, then went on to be drafted by the New York Yankees.
After being drafted Zach Started his professional career with the staten island yankees farm team where he led his team in homeruns, RBIs, and helped his team win the league championship. Zach was selected for the Florida State League All-star team in 2014 before being promoted to double A. Zach suffered a tough shoulder injury that sidelined him for a year. After he healed he continued his career in the Atlantic League where he went on to be selected for 2 all-star teams, along with winning the homerun derby in 2017.
Zach also played internationally in Australia where he was the homerun leader and MVP in 2019. He played 3 years in australia before finishing up his career playing in the Czech Republic.
